This 8-week program combines the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion. Learn to respond to difficult moments with kindness, understanding, and self-care. This powerful tool helps build emotional resilience and enhance emotional well being. The course is based on the ground-breaking work of Kristen Neff and Christopher Germer.

Meet the InstructorPaulette is an experienced meditator and teacher. She trained to teach Mindful Self-Compassion with Kristen Neff and Christopher Germer at the University of California San Diego Medical School Center for Mindful Self-Compassion.
